Lemon Chickpea Chips

If you have to snack on something, make it these...


YOU WILL NEED:
1 CAN CHICK PEAS
JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
3 CLOVES GARLIC
SALT AND PEPPER
OLIVE OIL


Pre-heat oven to 120 Degrees Celsius or 250 F. Drain and rinse chickpeas.

 Mix olive oil, lemon juice, whole garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.

 Mix the chickpeas in!


Pour chickpeas on to a flat pan and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy!
