Make French Toast!
If you happen to have any leftover Blueberry Banana Bread why not make the most of it...

Dip slices of the bread in a bowl of beaten eggs,

Put two teaspoons of butter in a hot pan and put the slices in to become golden on the outside.

Accompany with fresh blueberries and maple syrup!
