I thought it was about time to give those with a sweet tooth something to pine for...

I would advise you to make a few of these while you're at it because it disappeared from my house in a flash and if I may say so myself it is SO good.
YOU WILL NEED:
3 (MASHED) BANANAS
1+3/4 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/8 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 CUP BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
1 CUP RAW GRANULATED SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
1/4 CUP BUTTERMILK
1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1 CUP FRESH BLUEBERRIES

BLENDER OR ELECTRIC WHISK
3 MIXING BOWLS

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and butter with an electric mixer.

Mix in buttermilk and vanilla extract.

Mash the three bananas in a separate bowl with a masher or a fork.

Mix in with the butter, eggs, sugar.

Slowly add the flour mixture into the other mixture and continue to mix with electric whisk until smooth.

Incorporate the blueberries with a spoon.

Do not use electric mixer for this!

Evenly pour the whole mixture into a very well greased (with butter)

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Make sure to stick a tooth pick in the centre. If it comes out clean, (with no batter residue) then it's ready.

Serves a household! (Approximately 10 slices)

Enjoy!
