Avocado, Celery and Tomato Salad

This dish is always a nice refreshing accompaniment to chicken or fish. It was delicious with the chicken goujons!
YOU WILL NEED:
3 STICKS CELERY
10 CHERRY TOMATOES
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
1 TBSP CRUSHED GARLIC
OR GARLIC PASTE
SALT AND PEPPER
Wash the celery and tomatoes.
Slice the celery into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes in quarters.
Cut the avocado into chunks and put into a bowl.
Add garlic, lemon juice and one tablespoon of olive oil.
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Add the tomatoes and celery to the avocado mixture and mix all together.
Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
Pour Salad into another bowl to serve.
Drizzle some olive oil on top.
