LEMON, GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL DRESSING.

(Since this is my first blog post, I'm going to start with something simple to test out my blogging skills!)

Dressing is crucial on a salad.
Without it, we'd basically be eating rabbit food...

Salads are obviously very healthy but don't be fooled by bottled dressings. There is nothing healthy about them (especially the 'fat free' ones which use all sorts of chemicals). For now, stick with the basics, far healthier, tastier (and cheaper!) then anything you'll buy in a store!

YOU WILL NEED:

6 LEMONS (JUICED)
1 CLOVE CRUSHED GARLIC (or 2 tbsp of garlic paste)
3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TBSP LEMON ZEST
SALT AND PEPPER

Combine all the ingredients in a jar, (close the lid TIGHTLY) and shake! (Refrigerate and use within 3 days)

I like to make a big jar of it so it's ready and waiting any time I want a quick salad at lunch or as a side. (You can also use a smaller quantity of ingredients for one salad)

Enjoy!
